Plumville, Pennsylvania is a borough located in Armstrong County, in the western part of the state. As of the 2010 census, its population was 318. The borough is situated along the east bank of the Plum Creek, about 65 miles northeast of Pittsburgh. The town was laid out in the early 1800s and was incorporated as a borough in 1876.
